We are not your average youth company.
We're the tech for good company that enables 18-30 year olds the ability to become global citizens. Enabling youth to find their way forward is what we do, even when youth don't have a clue. From jobs to mentors, to spicing up their CV because they're fed up with watching TV.
Our plan is to become the largest youth company, connecting young people with real opportunities.
We asked ourselves what makes us flip the duvet in the morning to get out of bed. Young People. We wholeheartedly care and we believe giving young people equal opportunity is fair. Our mission is to be the largest youth brand, connecting young people with real opportunities while growing a sustainable and profitable company. Anywhere and everywhere. Young people need urgent support and they want it at their fingertips. This is why we will create an on the go strategy so young people can access the support they need from their homes or where they are.
The Youth Group’s purpose is to enable young people to thrive in today’s world by providing them access to jobs, skills and mentors. This will bring benefits to all aspects of their lives.
The Youth Group is the UK’s largest community of young people, providing them with tools to thrive in the world of work completely free of charge. How we do this is by providing youth-first services including ‘Get a Job’ and ‘Find a Mentor’ and ‘Start a Business’. Everything that we do is focused around the young people we are serving and we ensure communications have a ‘youth voice’ which is essential for engagement.
By providing young people with these services since November 2019, we’ve built a community of 1.7 million young people aged 18-30 and have supported over 90,000 young people to find meaningful work opportunities. The Youth Group model is based around working in partnership with other organisations who are committed to creating opportunities for UK youths. We work with about 700+ partners.
We are looking for a webflow designer and developer to join us on our movement to make the world a better place for young people who are looking for their next career move or trying to get into work.
