We’re looking for a Webflow Developer who is a proactive problem-solver with strong leadership instincts and an eye for detail. You’ll take full ownership of Webflow development across our projects, ensuring every build is technically sound and aligned with each client’s goals.
In this role, you will
- 🚀 Develop Webflow sites based on provided Figma files
- ⚡ Make updates to existing Webflow sites
- 🔧 Create clear and easy-to-use CMS collections and components
- ✅ Ensure technical SEO and accessibility best practices
- 🎥 Create Loom videos to explain Webflow setups for internal use and client communication.
We’d love someone who’s curious, growth-minded, and excited about turning beautiful Figma designs into smooth, conversion-focused Webflow sites. You’ll fit right in if you communicate clearly, think strategically, and keep projects running on time.
⏰Working Hours: This is a full-time position, and you’ll need to be available to work until at least 3 pm Eastern Time.
Requirements
You’ll thrive in this role if you have
- ✅ Minimum 3 years of Webflow experience and 5 years of development experience
- ✅ Strong understanding of JavaScript
- ✅ Strong understanding of technical SEO and accessibility best practices
Bonus Points for
- ⭐ Experience with Client-First and Finsweet Attributes
- ⭐ Experience with GSAP animations
- ⭐ Experience with automations in Zapier or Make
