What You’ll Do
✨ Design & Development
- Bring Ideas to Life – Design stunning, user-first web experiences that align with client visions and brand identities.
- Master Webflow – Develop pixel-perfect, responsive websites with animations, interactions, and structured CMS setups.
- Prototype with Precision – Use Figma to create interactive prototypes that make ideas tangible before they go live.
- Optimise for Performance – Ensure every site is built with speed, accessibility, and SEO best practices in mind.

- Present with Confidence – Explain design concepts and Webflow builds to clients in a way that excites and reassures them.
- Work as a Team – Collaborate with designers, project managers, and developers to deliver flawless projects.

What We’re Looking For...
🛠 Essential Skills & Experience
- ✅ 2-3+ years of web design experience, with a strong portfolio showcasing beautiful, user-centric designs
- ✅ Expert-level Figma skills, including prototyping and design systems
- ✅ Deep Webflow expertise, from CMS setup to animations and performance optimisation
- ✅ Proficiency in Adobe Suite & design tools
- ✅ Basic HTML, CSS, and JavaScript knowledge (a plus, but not required!)
