Role Overview
We are seeking a talented and experienced Webflow developer to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for maintaining responsive and performant websites using Webflow. You will be the lead developer on multiple client accounts. Daily tasks will include building new pages, optimizing current pages, and communicating with clients via slack and video calls.
Responsibilities
- Develop responsive and performant pages using Webflow
- Collaborate with our clients, designers, project managers, and other developers on a daily basis.
- Communicate with clients on video calls when needed
- Adhere to Finsweet's client-first approach for project setup, style guide, and naming structure
- Update and deploy changes on live webflow sites with careful attention to detail.
- Debug and troubleshoot issues with existing web projects and implement fixes as needed
- Perform project reviews to ensure the quality and consistency of the Webflow project
- Optimize web projects for performance and scalability and implement caching strategies where appropriate

Requirements
- 1-2 years experience with Webflow
- Familiarity with Figma for translating design to Webflow projects
- Fluent English proficiency and strong written communication, confident in communicating with clients, project managers, and other developers via video calls and loom videos.
- Experience communicating directly with US based clients
- Willingness to work an overlapping schedule with our US based team & clients
- Highly organized, detail-oriented, and committed to delivering high-quality work

- Experience delivering high-quality, responsive web solutions for all devices
- Understanding of technical SEO best practices to ensure performant and healthy websites

Compensation
Salary: $2500/month
