We are currently looking for a Webflow Developer to help bring our digital projects to life by transforming high-fidelity Figma designs into fully functional and optimized Webflow websites.
Role & Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain responsive websites exclusively on Webflow, ensuring accuracy and quality based on provided Figma designs.
- Work closely with designers and stakeholders to ensure seamless implementation of design elements without compromising user experience.
- Utilize low-code/no-code approaches within Webflow to facilitate ease of handover to the design and marketing teams.
- Leverage Webflow’s built-in functionalities, while having a basic understanding of HTML, CSS, and JavaScript for minor customizations when necessary.
- Ensure all Webflow projects are optimized for performance, SEO, and responsiveness across different devices.
Requirements
- 2+ years of experience working with Webflow (portfolio or examples of previous work required).
- Strong ability to convert Figma designs into accurate and fully functional Webflow sites.
- Familiarity with Webflow’s CMS, interactions, animations, and custom components.
- Basic knowledge of HTML, CSS, and JavaScript, with a focus on low-code solutions rather than full development.
- Excellent attention to detail and a structured approach to project execution.
- Strong communication skills and ability to collaborate within a fast-moving environment.
- Understanding of SEO best practices for Webflow development.
- Experience with Webflow integrations (e.g., Zapier, Airtable, Memberstack).
