Role
We are on the lookout for a skilled and innovative Webflow Developer to enhance our team. The ideal candidate will bring a robust understanding of Webflow, complemented by experience with other CMS platforms like Wix and WordPress. This role is pivotal in crafting responsive, visually compelling websites that effectively communicate our clients' brand stories and meet their digital marketing goals.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and launch dynamic, responsive websites using Webflow, ensuring they meet client specifications and brand standards.
- Collaborate with graphic designers and marketing teams to integrate visual and marketing strategies into web design.
- Customize websites with HTML, CSS, and JavaScript when necessary to achieve specific client needs.
- Assist in Monitoring website performance and implementation of SEO best practices to enhance visibility and traffic.
- Stay abreast of the latest trends in web development, design, and technology, applying insights to drive innovation in our web projects.
Qualifications
- Proven experience as a Webflow Developer or in a similar role, with a portfolio demonstrating previous projects.
- Familiarity with additional CMS platforms such as Wix and WordPress is highly desirable.
- Proficient in HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and responsive design principles.
- Strong understanding of SEO principles and web development best practices.
- A bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Web Development, or a related field is beneficial.

- Excellent communication skills for seamless collaboration with team members and clients.
- Capacity to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced, deadline-oriented environment.
Salary Range
The salary for this position ranges between 1500 - 3500 GEL (10-20 GEL/Hour), depending on the complexity of tasks and projects undertaken.
