We are seeking an experienced Webflow Developer to join our creative team. The ideal candidate will be a highly skilled professional with a deep understanding of Webflow and its capabilities. Key Responsibilities
- Website Development: Design and develop responsive, visually appealing websites using WebFlow, ensuring a smooth user experience across all devices.
- CMS Integration: Utilize WebFlow's CMS to create custom content structures that meet the specific needs of clients or projects.
- Custom Code Implementation: Implement custom HTML, CSS, and JavaScript to enhance WebFlow's native capabilities and achieve unique design elements.
- SEO Optimization: Ensure that websites are optimized for search engines by following best practices and using WebFlow's SEO tools.
- Performance Optimization: Monitor and optimize website performance, ensuring fast load times and a smooth user experience.
- Collaboration: Work closely with designers, content creators, and project managers to translate design concepts into fully functional websites.
- Client Communication: Communicate with clients to gather requirements, provide updates, and ensure their vision is realized.
- Troubleshooting: Identify and resolve technical issues related to WebFlow and website functionality.
- Training: Provide guidance and training to clients and internal teams on how to manage and update WebFlow websites.
Qualifications
- Proven Experience: 3+ years of experience as a WebFlow Developer, with a strong portfolio showcasing live WebFlow projects.
- Front-End Development Skills: Expertise in HTML, CSS, and JavaScript. Experience with modern front-end frameworks is a plus.
- Design Eye: Strong understanding of design principles, UX/UI, and web accessibility standards.
- Problem-Solving Ability: Ability to troubleshoot and solve issues efficiently, both independently and in collaboration with a team.
- Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to explain complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
- Attention to Detail: A keen eye for detail, ensuring pixel-perfect implementation of designs.
- Time Management: Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
- SEO Knowledge: Understanding of SEO best practices and tools to ensure websites are optimized for search engines.
- WebFlow Certification (Preferred): WebFlow expert certification is a plus, but not required.
Nice to Have
- Experience with other web development platforms such as WordPress, Shopify, or Squarespace.
- Familiarity with other design tools like Figma, Adobe XD, or Sketch.
- Basic knowledge of back-end technologies and APIs.
