Job Overview
We are looking for a talented Webflow Developer to bring website designs to life for our healthcare provider clients. In this role, you’ll use Webflow to build and optimize websites that enhance patient engagement, reflect provider branding. You’ll collaborate with our UI/UX designers and healthcare providers to deliver high-quality, user-friendly websites that prioritize simplicity and performance.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and implement responsive, visually appealing websites using Webflow based on provided UI/UX designs.
- Translate wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity designs into fully functional Webflow sites tailored to healthcare providers’ needs.
- Ensure websites are optimized for performance, accessibility, and SEO best practices.
- Collaborate with UI/UX designers to maintain design fidelity and resolve technical challenges during development.
- Work with healthcare providers to incorporate their branding, content, and feedback into the final product.
- Manage site domains, including domain setup, configuration, and DNS adjustments, to ensure smooth launches and transitions.
- Plan and execute website migrations from existing (old) platforms to newly revamped WordPress sites, preserving content, functionality, and SEO rankings.
- Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to functionality, responsiveness, or cross-browser compatibility.
- Maintain and update Webflow projects as required, ensuring long-term usability and scalability.
Qualifications
- Proven experience as a Webflow Developer, with a portfolio of completed Webflow projects (healthcare-related projects are a plus but not required).
- Strong proficiency in Webflow, including custom code (HTML, CSS, JavaScript) for advanced functionality when needed.
- Familiarity with responsive design principles and ensuring websites work across devices and browsers.
- Basic understanding of UI/UX principles to effectively collaborate with designers.
- Experience with website optimization tools and techniques (e.g., SEO, page speed, accessibility standards like WCAG).
- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to communicate effectively with non-technical stakeholders, such as healthcare providers, to understand their needs.
