We are seeking a talented and creative Webflow Designer/Developer to join our growing web team! As a Webflow Designer/Developer, you will help maintain, grow and improve our website. Your expertise in Figma for prototyping website designs will be crucial in crafting seamless, demand-driving and on-brand user experiences. You will be joining one other Webflow Designer/Developer and be part of a fast-paced, global marketing team. There are strong career pathing opportunities associated with this role.
This is a hybrid role working 2 days out of our London Office.
What You Will Do to Drive Impact
You will collaborate closely with design, content and the wider marketing teams to understand project requirements, goals, and objectives. You’ll utilize Figma to create detailed wireframes, mockups, and user interface designs that effectively communicate design and campaign concepts and convert Figma designs and prototypes into Webflow, ensuring pixel-perfect accuracy and consistency in design elements and interactions. You’ll also be:
- Implementing dynamic features, animations, and transitions to enhance user engagement and experience, ultimately to drive more conversions!
- Optimizing websites for performance, speed, and SEO, ensuring optimal usability,
- across various devices and browsers,
- Collaborating with backend developers and other team members to integrate external APIs, databases, and other functionalities as needed,
- Staying up-to-date with industry trends, best practices, and emerging technologies in web design and development, and apply them to projects when relevant,
- Providing technical expertise and support to the team, offering solutions and recommendations to design and development challenges.
What skills and experiences you need
You’ll come with proven experience in Webflow, with a strong portfolio showcasing response and interactive website projects and proficiency in Figma for creating wireframes, mockups, and user interface designs. You’ll have a Bachelor's degree in a relevant field (e.g., Web Design, Interaction Design, Computer Science). You’ll also come with:
- Solid understanding of HTML, CSS, and JavaScript, and the ability to customize Webflow projects using custom code when necessary,
- Experience with UI/UX design principles, user-centered design, and accessibility,
- Familiarity with design systems, branding guidelines, and the ability to maintain design consistency across projects,
- Knowledge of SEO best practices and website optimization techniques.
