Proudly based in Montreal, Field Office is a digital creative agency that partners with clients to help them adapt and thrive online. There is always a big idea behind our projects and a story that guides our process. We are currently looking for a Montreal-based experienced Webflow designer to join our small team in a full-time position starting as soon as possible. The ideal candidate will be a skillful and creative web designer with the ability to bring designs to life through building and animating in Webflow.
Specifics
- Hours: Monday – Friday, 9 - 5pm
- Location: Based in Montreal, ability to work in our office in Little Italy
- Language: Fluent in English, French is a plus
- Pay: Competitive – based on skills and experience
- Team: Working under the guidance of our Creative Director and Lead Developer
Skills
- Formal design training and agency experience is a big plus
- UX/UI and graphic design skills
- Strong eye for design, creativity, typography
- Proficient at using Figma, Webflow, Adobe Suite
- Strong portfolio demonstrating originality, perfect execution, and dynamic design awareness, best practices in Webflow building
- Understanding of UI/UX standards and best practices
- Understanding of HTML (Webflow page layout), CSS (Webflow page styling) and Javascript (Webflow custom code integration)
- Organized + efficient
- Detail-oriented
- Good vibe: easy-going, sense of humour, collaborative and motivated
Responsibilities
- Creating high-fidelity mockups in Figma
- Building in Webflow
- Animating in Webflow
- Creating motion design
- Brand building + creating graphic and animated assets
- Creating design systems
- Presenting work to internal teams
- Handing off designs to developers smoothly and efficiently
- Participating in creative brainstorming
- Designing presentations + building
