Role Overview
As a Webflow Developer, you will play a critical role in creating and managing responsive and user-friendly websites for our diverse range of clients. You will be responsible for both back-end and front-end development, including the implementation of web design and the overall performance of the website.
This is a remote *contract* position, allowing you the flexibility and freedom to work from anywhere.
Responsibilities
- Develop responsive, user-friendly websites using Webflow.
- Must use and be well-versed in "Client First" development.
- Work closely with our design team to implement custom designs into Webflow.
- Optimize websites for maximum speed and scalability.
- Troubleshoot and fix website issues.
- Stay updated on the latest developments, trends, and technologies in the web development space.
- Prioritize tasks to ensure projects are delivered on time.
- Deliver a 'Client First' experience in all interactions.
Requirements
- Must use and be well-versed in "Client First" development.
- Proficiency in Webflow, with a proven track record of developing complex sites.
- Strong understanding of responsive web design techniques.
- An understanding of SEO principles and how they apply to Webflow websites.
- Ability to debug issues using tools like Chrome Inspector.
- Excellent communication skills in English, both written and verbal.
- Ability to meet deadlines and effectively manage your time.
- Detail-oriented and committed to maintaining high standards of quality.
- Possess a problem-solving mindset with the ability to troubleshoot technical issues.
- Strong understanding of the 'Client First' approach and ability to work effectively with diverse teams.
Preferred Qualifications
- Knowledge of other web development tools and programming languages such as HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and jQuery is a plus.
- Previous experience in a remote working environment.
