The role

HB are seeking a talented Webflow Expert/Developer to join our team in London. If you're passionate about crafting exceptional digital experiences, driving business growth, and being part of an exciting journey, we want to hear from you!
The ideal candidate will possess a unique blend of creative flair, technical proficiency, and an entrepreneurial mindset. As a key member of our team, you will collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality digital solutions for our clients.
About you
- You’ll write HTML, CSS and JavaScript like your second language, and you can achieve a high level of build with just these tools.
- Your attention to detail translating flat visuals to fully functioning responsive websites is vital, and a strong belief in fundamental web design principals (UI, UX) is also important.
- You’ll have a good eye for design with understanding of responsive layouts, colours, and grid structures.
- You’ll have an awareness of coding standards and be able to write clean and easily maintained code that works effectively across multiple platforms.
- You’ll have solid experience working on campaigns – from brief to deployment.
- You’re not afraid to bring new ideas to the table and suggest ways to improve our offering.
- You’ll have confident communication and presentation skills.
- You’ll have a good knowledge of accessibility and SEO principles and how to implement these at a core code level.
- You’ll have experience in problem solving and bug fixing.
Key responsibilities
- Work closely with our team to translate design concepts from Figma into functional, responsive web experiences.
- Utilise your expertise in Webflow to develop visually stunning websites that meet client objectives.
- Provide technical guidance and support to clients, assisting with the setup of other digital platforms.
- Act as a trusted advisor, contributing to the development and execution of digital strategies that drive business growth.
- Embrace an entrepreneurial mindset and actively contribute to HB journey, fostering a culture of innovation and excellence.
Key requirements
- Minimum of 3 years' experience in web development.
- A strong portfolio showcasing your development skills, with numerous examples of Webflow experience.
- Strong proficiency in HTML, CSS and JS, enabling you to build fully functioning responsive websites.
- An in-depth understanding of Webflow, with the ability to develop well-built responsive experiences.
- Proficiency in Figma and other design tools, with the ability to effectively collaborate with designers and other team members.
- Technical proficiency and the ability to troubleshoot and resolve issues independently.
- Strong understanding of business fundamentals and a passion for driving results.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively in a collaborative team environment.
- Having experience in working with other content management systems (e.g., WordPress, Sitecore) would be good, but is not essential.
- Having experience in working with back-end coding languages (e.g., PHP, SQL) would be good, but is not essential.
- Having experience in creating responsive HTML emails and HTML5 banners would be good but is not essential.
- Having knowledge in other modern JavaScript frameworks would be good but is not essential.
