Role Overview
We are looking for an experienced Webflow Developer to join our team on a contract basis. The ideal candidate will have a strong technical background in Webflow development and be capable of working independently on both new website builds and updates to existing sites. You will collaborate with our project manager and quality assurance team, as well as other developers when working on larger projects. This role has the potential to turn into a full time position.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop Webflow sites based on provided Figma files
- Make updates to existing Webflow sites
- Create clear and easy to use CMS collections and components
- Ensure technical SEO best practices are integrated into all Webflow projects
- Create Loom videos to explain Webflow CMS setups for internal use and client communication
Required Skills
- Expertise in Webflow and Client-First
- Strong understanding of technical SEO and accessibility best practices
- In-depth knowledge of the Webflow CMS
- Ability to work independently while collaborating on larger projects when needed
Preferred Skills
- Experience with Finsweet Attributes
- Experience with JavaScript and jQuery
- Experience with GSAP animations
- Experience with automations in Zapier or Make
Collaboration & Tools
- We use ClickUp for project management and Slack for communication
Qualifications
- Proven experience with Webflow, at least 3 websites built and launched for clients
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to delivering high-quality work
- Strong communication and problem-solving skills
