Looking for a Webflow Developer to join O0 as a strong individual and lead development expertise within O0.
We do interactive visual web projects using Webflow, custom solutions, and technology stacks like WebGL and Canvas to create great sites for companies that build the world's future.
Requirements
- Empathetic, entrepreneurial Webflow Developer with 1+ year of experience
- Frontend skills (HTML, CSS, JS), experience with React, and TypeScript would be great to have
- Passion for new technologies and development tasks
- Ability to collaborate cross-functionally and communicate effectively with creative and non-technical peers
- Share your knowledge by promoting appropriate tech best practices
- Provide high-quality solutions by maintaining the test coverage for the product/solutions
- Confident English Speaker
Responsibilities
- Setup and lead development expertise within O0 Design and it’s partners
- Optimize loading speeds and capacity, debug pages, and fix broken links or images
- Address internal and external user feedback
- Assist with QA and process documentation
- Assist with content updates
- Identify and solve bugs
- Propose solutions for development issues and user experience
- Be involved at the project planning stage, implementation supervision through an active problem-solving approach
- Responsibility for the final evaluation of projects
- Carrying out meetings to monitor pipeline and control the technical quality of work and timings
- Understanding the whole state of project development
