We’re looking for freelance Webflow designers / developers and junior to intermediate designers and art directors with an impeccable eye for design and detail, a curious and creative mind, and an insatiable desire to learn, grow and refine. It’s the last part that is the most important.
The strategies behind growing and improving a brand are essentially the same but the tools and trends are constantly changing.
We don’t expect you to know every tool out there, but you must have a willingness to learn and adapt.
We’re a full service agency and as such in a given day, we may use Adobe illustrator, photoshop, premiere pro, Webflow, Zapier, Memberstack, PowerPoint, indesign, Midjourney, search for stock, crawl the web for inspiration, watch tutorials, parse forums, clone sections of websites, update DNS records etc.
Most of these tools were learned on the job and on the fly. Ideally you love to devour tutorials and documentation and expand your skill set.
You must have completed post secondary for design and have agency experience. Essentially you must know the basics. You can learn the rest as you go.
What you’ll get from us, is an education in all things visual and written communication.
Compensation depends on experience and skill level.
