What You Will Do
- You will develop and launch responsive websites using Webflow, ensuring cross-browser compatibility and mobile responsiveness.
- You will implement design layouts from Figma into Webflow, maintaining design integrity and aesthetics.
- You will optimize websites for maximum speed and scalability.
- You will use GSAP (GreenSock Animation Platform) to create engaging animations and transitions.
- You will incorporate interactive elements into websites to enhance user experience and engagement.
- You will work closely with UX/UI designers to translate visual concepts into functional online experiences.
- You will collaborate with project managers and other team members to ensure timely delivery of web projects.
- You will provide technical support to team members and participate in troubleshooting and problem-solving.
- You will conduct thorough testing of all web features on multiple devices and platforms to ensure the highest quality of user experience.
- You will manage and perform updates, upgrades, and other maintenance tasks for Webflow sites.
- You will maintain clear and comprehensive documentation of development processes and changes.
Who You Are
- You have a Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Web Development, or a related field.
- You have at least 2-3 years of professional experience in web development, with specific expertise in Webflow and front-end technologies like HTML, CSS, JavaScript, etc.
- You are proficient in Webflow, with a solid understanding of its CMS and ecommerce capabilities.
- You have strong experience in converting Figma designs to fully functional Webflow sites.
- You have experience with GSAP for animations.
- You have excellent knowledge of HTML5, CSS3, and JavaScript.
- You understand SEO principles and ensure that applications adhere to them.
- You are familiar with other web development tools and frameworks (e.g., WordPress, React).
- You have experience with RESTful services and APIs.
- You have strong communication and teamwork skills.
- You have excellent problem-solving skills, as well as a keen eye for aesthetics.
- You have the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet tight deadlines.
