Right now, we're on the hunt for a Webflow Developer based in Latin America with a knack for:
- Speed/Performance: You know how to get a Webflow project to load at warp speed. You're all about efficient asset management, image optimization, and clean code.
- Figma to Webflow: You can take a Figma design and bring it to life in Webflow, using a systematic approach to replicate layouts, styles, and components.
- Class Naming Theory: You're a fan of structured class naming systems like Client-First, and you know how important they are for creating scalable Webflow projects.
- Reusing Components: You're an expert at reusing components across projects, boosting productivity, and reducing development time (Relume.io, anyone?).
- Animations: You're a master of Webflow animations, interactions, and transitions, creating visually engaging, interactive websites.
- Pixel Perfection: You can take someone else's design and turn it into a pixel-perfect reality.
- Responsive Design: You have a deep understanding of how to build websites that look and function beautifully on any device.
The selected candidate will be offered a salary from $1200 to $1600 USD per month.

- Technical Test: Once we've had a chance to review your video, we'll shortlist the best candidates for a technical test. This is your chance to strut your stuff and show us what you can do with Webflow.
- First Interview: If your technical skills are a match, you'll then have a video call with our Product Manager. We're keen to hear more about how you work, your approach to problem-solving, and any fascinating projects you've been part of.
- Final Interview: Last but not least, you'll have a video call with our CEO. This is an excellent opportunity for us to understand your goals and for you to get a better feel for our vision at WebRun.
