🔍 Role Overview

This is a hybrid creative and technical role. You'll be our go-to for Webflow development (knowledge with Client-First Style System by Finsweet is a MUST) and high-impact graphic design. You'll collaborate closely with our marketing team to bring our digital presence to life.

🎯 Key Responsibilities

Graphic & Web Design

• Design intuitive website wireframes, landing pages, and digital layouts with a strong focus on UX/UI best practices.
• Translate creative concepts into functional Webflow designs that are mobile-friendly and brand-consistent.
• Create visual assets (icons, illustrations, imagery) to enhance user experience and align with brand identity.
• Use tools like Adobe Creative Suite and Canva for visual content creation.
• Maintain consistent design systems and collaborate with marketing on brand storytelling through design.

Web Development

• Build and maintain responsive websites using Webflow across 7 different brands.
• MUST have expert hands-on experience and knowledge with the Client-First Style System by Finsweet
• Tweak and optimize front-end and back-end code (HTML, CSS, JS) where necessary.
• Troubleshoot website issues and implement fixes or improvements with a proactive mindset.

✅ Requirements

• 2+ years of experience in Webflow web development.
• Proven Webflow experience (Client-First system by Finsweet is essential).
• Experience working with Australian companies or understanding of AU market is a big plus.
• Great written communication and ability to manage projects remotely.

✨ Preferred but Not Essential

• Experience in a digital marketing agency environment.
• Ability to write engaging copy for web and print.
