Position: Webflow Expert
Location: Must be located in Portugal
Salary Range: €1,300 - €1,600, dependent on experience

The Role
As our Webflow developer, you will help us transform our Figma designs into beautiful and functional websites. You will join a small team as we expand our design capabilities to accommodate a growing client base.
Key Responsibilities
- Utilize Webflow to create responsive designs from Figma files.
- Build integrations with third-party tools such as MemberStack and Finsweet.
- Create complicated animations in Webflow.
- Build sites with SEO best practices and standard accessibility requirements.
- Collaborate with the marketing and development teams to ensure consistency in brand and design standards.
Requirements
- English fluency is required.
- 2+ years of experience in Webflow.
- Proficiency in using Figma.
- Solid understanding of building websites using responsive units (em and rem).
- Strong previous work examples that include complex animations.
- Experience using Finsweet no code attributes for Webflow.
- Excellent communication skills, with the ability to work effectively in both team and independent settings.
- Knowledge of UI/UX design principles is essential.
- While a formal degree is not mandatory, candidates with relevant certifications or boot camps will be given preference.
- Programming experience is not required, but the applicant should have a foundational understanding of HTML, CSS, and JavaScript.
Work Model
Remote work most of the time with team co-working throughout the year.
