We are seeking a highly skilled Project Manager to join our remote team. This role is ideal for someone with deep knowledge of website development processes, excellent relationship management skills, and the ability to handle both technical and creative aspects of projects. If you have experience in tools like ClickUp, Markup.io, and reviewing design deliverables, this could be a perfect fit.
What You’ll Do:
- Lead and oversee website projects, primarily focused on Webflow, for clients in tech, SaaS, and startup industries.
- Serve as the main point of contact for clients, ensuring clear communication and building strong relationships.
- Create and manage project plans, including timelines, deliverables, and budgets, while proactively identifying and addressing potential challenges.
- Collaborate with designers, developers, and SEO specialists to deliver high-quality, client-focused results.
- Utilize project management tools like ClickUp to track tasks, prioritize work, and update stakeholders regularly.
- Review and provide feedback on design iterations using tools such as Markup.io.
- Oversee QA processes to ensure websites are functional, responsive, and optimized for performance and SEO.
- Handle incoming client requests, including updates, content additions, and minor functionality tweaks.
Who You Are:
- An experienced Project Manager with a strong track record in website development projects, particularly on platforms like Webflow.
- Technically savvy, with a deep understanding of web development processes and best practices.
- Familiar with Webflow, including Client-First workflows, and capable of guiding teams on technical nuances.
- Experienced in managing cross-functional teams and juggling multiple projects in a fast-paced environment.
- Detail-oriented, organized, and solutions-focused, with excellent problem-solving skills.
- Strong communicator, skilled at navigating client relationships and coordinating internal teams.
- Knowledgeable in SEO principles and performance optimization techniques.
- Familiar with tools such as ClickUp and Markup.io, and comfortable reviewing and iterating on designs.
- Available to work 20+ hours per week within +/- 2 hours of UK business hours.
