ClearDesk is seeking a highly experienced Webflow Designer to join our team. This role requires a creative thinker who can build exceptional website experiences that are engaging and also systematically structured.

Responsibilities
- Lead and manage the delivery of the exceptional web and directory design of the ClearDesk website
- Tailor Webflow templates to align with the ClearDesk brand
- Implement proven UX strategies to increase conversions on the ClearDesk landing page
- Strategically manage website project deadlines
- Translate website designs into reality using HTML, CSS, and Javascript, implementing responsive and interactive elements
- Troubleshoot and adeptly resolve any website-related issues that arise
- Enhance website accessibility, speed, and overall performance through meticulous optimization
Your Experience
- Bachelor’s Degree
- Proven experience (3-5+ years) in Webflow and 2+ years of UX design on multiple mediums
- Mastery of the Webflow Platform and Figma
- A strong portfolio showcasing the ability to design highly interactive and visually appealing websites
- Experience in JavaScript, CSS, HTML, and additional custom coding languages
- A profound comprehension of web design principles
- Exemplary attention to detail
