We are looking for a part-time Web Designer (Webflow). This role is crucial as it involves designing the funnel through which all our leads come, directly impacting the company's metrics.
We expect you to be able to work 3-4 hours per day.
What will you need to succeed
- 2+ years of experience in web design
- Proficiency in working with Webflow (transferring the site from Figma, setting styles)
- Experience with raster and vector graphics
- Experience with visual storytelling
- Responsive design experience
- Proficiency with tools such as Figma, Illustrator, and Photoshop
- Strong presentation and communication skills, able to collaborate with team members and specialists from other departments, providing constructive feedback
- Creative approach and attention to detail
- English - pre-intermediate +
Your advantage will be

Your tasks will be
- Develop and implement landing pages for the current site and create new concepts
- Optimize landing page designs for better performance and usability
- Design for A/B testing
- Research and analyze user behavior to improve design
- Maintain and support the company’s brand design
