Career Opportunity
We are looking to hire a full-time, salaried, in-house Web Designer / Developer. We’re a medium-sized, but rapidly growing business with a current core website (preswerx.com – which you'll be responsible for maintaining), but we also have innumerable other websites needing to be designed and launched.
Here’s a quick snap-shot of what you’ll tackle…
- Near-term (next 6-12 months) – Rebuild (complete overhaul) the website of our “core” business.
- Mid-term (months 12-18) – Continue developing another 10-15 websites, each tailored to one of the company’s ever-expanding business units.
- Beyond 18 months – Continued maintenance of the aforementioned websites, and new work on our clients' websites.
What You’ll Bring To The Table
- MASTERY in WEBFLOW AND WORDPRESS
- Demonstrable graphic AND web design AND web developer skills with a strong portfolio (PLEASE PROVIDE PORTFOLIO WITH APPLICATION -- NO PORTFOLIO = automatic rejection)
- Solid experience in creating wireframes, storyboards, user flows, process flows and site maps
- Proficiency in Photoshop, Illustrator or other visual design and wire-framing tools
- Proficiency in HTML, CSS and JavaScript for rapid prototyping
- Experience working in an Agile/Scrum development process
- Excellent visual design skills with sensitivity to user-system interaction
- Ability to solve problems creatively and effectively
- Up-to-date with the latest Web trends, techniques and technologies
