The Role
As a Website Developer on our Marketing team, you will be delivering improvements on our websites that will help grow our conversion rate, elevate our brand, and effectively communicate to our prospect and customer audiences. You’ll drive key decisions and foundational work for our public facing marketing websites, GoGuardian.com and PearDeck.com. You will be responsible for creating new web pages and working across departments to develop, maintain and enhance our web properties. Our ideal candidate has experience managing and maintaining a WebFlow CMS platform. Sample URLs and sample projects are required to be considered.
What You'll Do
- Utilize Webflow to design, develop, and enhance web pages on our websites.
- Write clean, efficient, and maintainable code in HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and other programming languages that align with design prototypes and ADA/WCAG compliance.
- Leverage Google Analytics 4, Google Tag Manager, and Google Search Console to build events, conversion tracking and reporting for accurate site attribution.
- Implement SEO best practices with responsive design principles to optimize our website performance and drive organic traffic.
- Serve as a web development subject matter expert and contribute your expertise to address complex technical projects.
- Collaborate across teams to align websites with organizational goals and maintain regular communication with team members and supervisors.
- Stay updated on industry best practices to foster web innovation within the team by implementing and monitoring new experiments to enhance conversion rates while lowering our bounce rate.
- Perform routine site audits and ongoing maintenance to ensure optimal website performance and implement enhancements.
Who You Are
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in frontend web development using a CMS platform, Webflow experience is a bonus.
- Fluent in HTML, CSS, JavaScript and additional programming languages.
- A specialist in working with design teams and converting Figma or Photoshop design prototypes into functional responsive website experiences.
- Advanced proficiency with Google Analytics 4, Google Search Console and Google Tag Manager.
- An SEO expert that can implement best practices to improve website traffic rankings on major search engines.
- Familiarity with Core Web Vitals and ADA/WCAG accessibility guidelines to ensure optimal web performance and compliance.
- Comfortable working in a remote environment using Google Suite, Slack and project management tools such as Jira/Airtable.
- A team player with excellent organizational skills, communication and attention-to-detail.

The typical base salary range for this position is $90,000 - $110,000 per year. The range displayed on this job posting reflects the minimum and maximum target for new hire base pay for this position and your pay will be determined by a variety of factors, including your primary work location, skills, qualifications and experience.
