Key Responsibilities
Design & Creativity
- Create visually stunning graphics, layouts, and user interfaces using Figma.
- Develop and maintain design systems and style guides to ensure brand consistency.
- Collaborate with marketing, product, and other teams to design assets that meet project requirements.
Web Development
- Build responsive, high-quality websites using Webflow, ensuring optimal performance and user experience.
- Translate design mockups into functional websites, incorporating animations and interactive elements as needed.
- Maintain and update existing websites, ensuring they remain current and functional.
Technical Integration
- Implement best practices in HTML, CSS, and JavaScript to enhance website functionality (bonus).
- Ensure cross-browser compatibility and responsiveness across various devices and platforms.
- Optimize websites for SEO and accessibility standards.
Project Management
- Manage multiple projects simultaneously, meeting deadlines and maintaining high-quality standards.
- Troubleshoot and resolve design and development issues efficiently.
- Stay updated with the latest design trends, Webflow features, and web development technologies.
Qualifications
Essential Skills
- Webflow: Proven proficiency with Webflow, including experience building and managing websites.
- Design Tools: Strong expertise in Figma for design and prototyping.
- Design Portfolio: A compelling portfolio showcasing your graphic design and Webflow projects.
Technical Skills
- Good understanding of HTML, CSS, and JavaScript is a significant advantage.
