We’re looking for a talented Graphic & UX/UI Designer with hands-on Webflow experience to join our team. This is a client-facing role, ideal for someone who is both creative and technically skilled.
You’ll be responsible for designing visually impactful marketing websites and seeing them through to launch in Webflow.
Key Responsibilities
- Design modern, engaging, high-converting websites with a focus on UX/UI best practices
- Develop and launch fully functional websites in Webflow based on approved designs
- Collaborate directly with clients and internal teams to understand goals, gather feedback, and present work
- Translate brand guidelines and marketing objectives into smart, beautiful digital experiences
- Maintain consistency across digital assets while pushing creative boundaries
- Troubleshoot Webflow-specific issues and provide post-launch updates or support if needed
Requirements
- 3+ years of experience in graphic design and UX/UI design
- Demonstrated expertise in Webflow, including CMS, animations, and custom interactions
- Must have experience using Figma for wireframing, prototyping, and collaborative design
- Familiarity with project management tools (e.g., Asana, Trello, Monday.com, etc.)
- Strong communication skills and ability to present work confidently to clients
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects and deadlines
- Prior agency experience is a strong plus
- Copywriting skills are a bonus
Portfolio Requirement
Applicants must provide a portfolio showcasing Webflow projects that they both designed and launched. Applications submitted without a relevant portfolio will not be considered.
