Main Responsibilities
- Designing a range of digital assets for B2C landing page, visual communications, social media channels, off-site promotions, with a mobile-first approach
- Creating strong, creative graphic ideas to be used across all channels and markets
- Make sure that a consistent visual style approach is maintained to support brand’s Identity
- Collaborate with the rest of the team to translate and elevate our brand vision and user experience across all customer touchpoints
- Contribute to the re-branding journey of the company and the constant evolution of the look & feel of the brand
- Great communication skills and excellent collaboration ability: this will be a key factor on a daily basis and will determine this role’s success
- Conceptualize visuals based on requirements
- Work closely with the Marketing Team to identify targets and produce final designs
- Test graphics across various media
Skills Required
You have an excellent understanding of Webflow and are not afraid to try out new tools
- You are a creative animal, who thinks the box is as important as its content
- You are confident in your creations and enjoy learning new ways to improve them
- You are enthusiastic about joining an innovative crypto Company and being part of our mission to change the world.
- You identify functional weaknesses and strengths of any designs in relation to the user
- You think improvements are always a plus, but deadlines are imperative to a business
- You are able to prioritize and dedicate time according to business needs and goals
- You like to challenge the status quo and believe in self-improvement
- You are not afraid to push boundaries with new designs approaches and techniques
- You’re not too precious about your work: you crave for feedback and are happy to adjust it
- You know how to follow Brand visual guidelines and writing guidelines, and you can easily coordinate your work between various tone of voices and different looks and feels.
