Webflow Developer Contractor
Location: 100% remote
Duration: 6 months w/potential for extension
Project Dates: June 2025 - December 2025
Hours: Approximately 24 hours per week

We are seeking a Webflow Developer Contractor to bring our web experiences to life with dynamic, interactive content that enhances user engagement and reflects our brand ethos. Circle has two customer facing web pages that are in the process of being enhanced. This Webflow developer will be responsible for driving the execution and development of creative and interactive content through Webflow and Figma.
The ideal candidate will be responsible for designing, developing, and maintaining responsive websites using Webflow. This role requires a strong understanding of web design principles, user experience (UX), and front-end development to create visually stunning and high-performing websites.
Technical Skills
- Webflow expertise (Minimum of 2 years of exp.)
- Webflow enterprise experience (not required but huge plus)
- Experience developing web animation, webflow designing, figma designing, Visual development
- Figma
- Web animations
- Image export
- Collaborate with designers and content teams to translate concepts into functional websites.
- Portfolio/Work Sample (Not required at time of submittal but required prior to interviews)
- Stay up-to-date with Webflow updates and industry best practices.
- Document best practices and maintain development guidelines.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Web Development, Design, or a related field.
- 3+ years of experience working with Webflow.
- Strong proficiency in HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and responsive web design principles.
- Experience with Webflow CMS, animations, and interactions.
- Knowledge of SEO best practices and website performance optimization.
- Ability to troubleshoot and debug front-end issues.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to work in a fast-paced environment.

- Legal authorization to work in the U.S. is required.
- As a contractor, including remote contractors, you may be required to complete a background check.
