In this role, you'll be at the forefront of developing and maintaining Webflow websites for our Enterprise-level clients, leveraging your expertise to create unparalleled digital experiences.
What You'll be Doing:
In this role you will:
- Lead Complex Projects: Drive the development of large and advanced Webflow sites and complex workspaces, ensuring top-tier quality, innovation, and speed for our enterprise clients.
- Structure and maintain Webflow projects and workspaces: Use Information Architecture (IA) documents to plan the organization and structure of website projects, ensuring consistent organization, a strong user experience, and scalability.
- Collaborate Effectively: Work closely with our team and clients to deliver tailored Webflow solutions that exceed expectations.
- Leverage Your Technical Mastery: Utilize your in-depth knowledge of Webflow, Figma, custom coding, and other tools to create impactful and user-friendly web experiences.
- Create Interactions: Develop sites in Webflow that delight the visitor and enhance the user experience.
- Integrate Webflow with Marketing Tools: Ensure a seamless integration of websites with other marketing tools like HubSpot, Google Analytics, and Google Tag Manager (GTM).
- Mentor and Guide: As a senior member, mentor junior developers and contribute to the team's collective growth and knowledge.
- Document Processes: Contribute to internal process enhancements and documentation for website development best practices.

Your Daily Playbook:
- Client Consultations: Understand and scope out client website needs. Meet with the sales team to scope out technical requirements, and regularly meet with clients to keep them in the loop on project progress.
- Development: Develop enterprise-level Webflow projects.
- Ongoing Client Support: Offer post-launch assistance and ongoing website updates.
- Team Collaboration: Work with team members to strategize for client meetings and project execution.
Skills You Need to Bring:
- Proven background in Webflow development projects that incorporate strong UX, SEO and accessibility best practices and utilizing Client-First naming conventions.
- Experience creating interactions in Webflow that delight visitors and enhance the user experience.
- Strong skills for translating Figma design files to well-structured and scalable Webflow projects.
- Familiarity with HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and UX/UI principles. You don't have to be a professional coder, but code familiarity is definitely a plus.
- Excellent communication, strategic planning, and relationship management skills.
Bonus Points For:
- Experience working with the Webflow API.
- Experience with Adobe Illustrator, Photoshop, XD, Sketch, or similar design software.
- Understanding of SEO principles and web development frameworks.
