Position Overview
We are seeking a part-time Webflow Developer and Designer to join our team. This individual will be responsible for creating and implementing new pages on our website, ensuring a seamless, visually appealing experience for our users. Working closely with our marketing and design teams, the ideal candidate will bring our brand and marketing initiatives to life through innovative web design and development.
Key Responsibilities
- Design and develop new pages on our website using Webflow
- Ensure website consistency in terms of design and functionality across all pages.
- Optimize web pages for maximum speed and scalability.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to understand content needs and translate them into compelling web designs.
- Perform regular website updates and maintenance tasks.
- Provide creative ideas for content marketing and website improvements.
Your Qualifications
- Deep knowledge of HTML/CSS
- Proficient with Javascript
- Proven experience with Webflow design and development.
- Proficiency in using Figma for web design.
- Strong understanding of responsive design and web development best practices.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Excellent visual design skills with sensitivity to user-system interaction.
- Strong communication skills and ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams.
- Portfolio of previous work that demonstrates your expertise in web design and development.
- Bilingual: English and French
This is a part-time position, with flexible hours to be discussed with the successful candidate.
