The role
For the sake of complete transparency, we’re currently experiencing growth in the demand for websites and are therefore looking for a flexible new colleague that will be able to be flexible to match the current demand. The role is going to be a supporting role (freelance) to the technical team, where you will be tasked with building websites in webflow where the amount of work will vary according to the workload we see in a given month. This means that some months there may not be any work that needs to be done, and some months may be fully packed.
When building websites, we use Webflow as our CMS of choice. Building the websites includes handling the project from start to finish by meeting with the client, discussing ideas, visions and requirements, then planning a roadmap with the help of the team lead to ensure that we deliver on our client’s wishes. Our process is then to create a custom design for that client unless they have a design(er) of their own, and once approved - we begin!
As we are an SEO agency, we also take our commitment to SEO very seriously, and therefore we also work to produce websites that are optimized from launch, therefore experience in technical SEO is a big plus.
Together with the team which consists of 3 powerhouses of Technical SEO and web development, you’ll be responsible for helping clients realize their visions for how they want to portray themselves through their website. Through the phases of establishing agreement on the project, creating (or receiving) the design, once design is agreed on, develop the site and have occasional meetings with the client to show the progress, and allow for revisions/changes.
How we measure your success after onboarding
- Client meetings - you are able to confidently and productively handle client meetings where you may get asked to tweak or change something on the site, give clients an accurate introduction to how far into the project we are, and ultimately launch a website they’ll love.
- SEO friendly websites - as we are an SEO agency, we want to make sure that when we deliver a website, that it’s from at least a technical perspective, set up right from day-1. This means that pagespeed on the site is taken into consideration, the site is crawlable by search engines, we use proper structured data (schema markup), the website is taxonomically and structurally sound, and allows the client to reach their market.
- Spicy designs - we wish to deliver something unique, and by being able to think outside the box and not just deliver customized templates to our clients, we give them the chance to express themselves. We give our employees the freedom to let their creativity run wild, provided that the talk gets walked.
Qualifications
Ideally, we imagine you are a recent graduate or at the beginning of your career. Whether this career is just beginning, or if you’re working currently as a freelancer.
An education in web development is a big plus, as it helps provide context and helps you understand how certain tags and elements work together but is not required. It is not required for you to have extensive experience in SEO, though we like you to be willing to learn, have a curious mindset, and be passionate about the Marketing industry. We will make sure that you get the right support and professional training required to succeed in the role.
You must be motivated to interact with people and have a proactive and systematic way of working while being an empathetic problem-solver and good communicator (both written and oral). This role is the right fit if you thrive in a dynamic and ever-changing environment, as this is an out-facing role as a consultant billed by our clients. We perceive it as a huge plus if you thrive in, and previously have been exposed in customer and/or client relations roles.

We are office-first which means we primarily work from our office, though we also offer flexibility for this role.
