What You'll Do
- Turn Figma Designs into Webflow Sites: Take custom Figma designs and develop pixel-perfect websites in Webflow, with no templates. Everything we build is clean and custom.
- Optimize for Speed & Mobile: Ensure every website is fast and responsive across all devices, providing a seamless user experience.
- Add Interactions & Animations: Bring websites to life with smooth animations and interactions without overloading the site with unnecessary features.
- SEO & CRO: Implement SEO best practices to improve search rankings and conversion rate optimization (CRO) to ensure the sites generate leads and sales.
- Test & Debug: Perform thorough testing to ensure the websites work perfectly across devices and browsers. No bugs, no excuses.
Performance Expectations
- Deliver 5 Sites Per Month: You'll be responsible for building 5 websites per month that meet our quality standards and deadlines.
- Responsive Across All Devices: Ensure every website works flawlessly on desktop, mobile, and tablet.
- Pixel-Perfect Execution: You'll ensure pixel-perfect accuracy in every project, with zero deviations between the Figma designs and the final Webflow build.
- Optimized for Speed, SEO, CRO, and Accessibility: Every website should load fast, score high in SEO tests, and be optimized for conversion rate optimization (CRO) to drive business results. Accessibility optimization is a plus but not required at this stage.
How to Apply
- Submit Your Portfolio: Send us examples of your best Webflow projects showcasing pixel-perfect, responsive, high-performance websites.
- Pre-Call Task: After applying, you'll be given a Figma design to turn into a fully functional published webflow page. If your work meets our standards, you'll be compensated and moved forward in the hiring process.
