Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain high-quality, responsive websites using Webflow as the primary platform.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand project requirements and implement web solutions accordingly.
- Implement custom code and optimize website performance to ensure a seamless user experience.
- Ensure the technical feasibility of UI/UX designs and translate them into functional, visually appealing websites.
- Stay updated on industry trends and advancements in web development to bring innovative ideas to the team.
- Troubleshoot and debug website issues, ensuring optimal functionality across different browsers and devices.
- Act as a key contributor in brainstorming sessions and offer insights for continuous improvement of web development processes.
- Provide technical support and guidance to team members, fostering a collaborative and knowledge-sharing environment.
- Keep abreast of emerging technologies and tools, evaluating their potential to enhance the team's capabilities.
Requirements
- Proven experience as a Web Developer
- Proficient in HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and other relevant web development technologies.
- Strong understanding of responsive design principles and cross-browser compatibility.
- Familiarity with UX/UI design principles is a plus.
- Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
- Effective communication skills and ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
- Portfolio showcasing previous web development projects.
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Web Development, or related field (or equivalent work experience).
