The Role
We’re looking for a Webflow Designer/Developer freelancer who can help us get our digital assets to the next level. This is a role for a freelancer/contractor who can embed seamlessly into our design + developing process.
They'll own the creation of visually stunning, SEO optimized, and highly functional landing pages, and be responsible for designing, developing, and maintaining all our Webflow projects.
We want this to be a collaboration. We'll have specific briefs for certain projects but we also expect this person to share recommendations and identify low-hanging fruits to make sure we're creating high-converting assets.
Requirements
- Ad hoc engagement (ideally hourly rates) with ongoing work (not a one-off project).
- Optimize and improve current design + navigation on certain landing pages.
- Recommendations to improve website performance (from time to load to conversions).
- Creation of new landing pages.
- Ensure all pages are optimized for SEO and mobile.
- Optimize our CMS setup.
Qualifications
- Strong portfolio showcasing your web design skills
- Proficient in webflow + Figma
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines
- Ability to work independently and as a team
- Bonus: Knowledge of SEO and analytics
Experience: 3+ years
Pay: $30k – $60k
Remote Work Policy: Remote only
