Role Description
We are seeking a talented and experienced freelance Webflow Developer to join our team on a per-project basis. As a Webflow Developer at Rebl Theory, you will be responsible for building and maintaining visually stunning websites using the Webflow platform. You will collaborate closely with our design and development teams to translate Figma designs and prototypes into fully functional websites.
The ideal candidate will have a passion for modern web design, a strong understanding of UI/UX principles, and the ability to work in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Innovatively develop custom websites using Webflow, infusing technical proficiency with creative flair
- Collaborate with design teams to realize visually appealing and intuitive UI/UX designs
- Optimize websites for peak performance, speed, and responsiveness across devices & browsers
- Ensure seamless integration of web components through close coordination with the development team
- Maintain and enhance existing Webflow websites, keeping them fresh and technologically up-to-date
- Stay at the cutting edge of Webflow features, web design trends, and best practices
Requirements
- Proven track record as a Webflow Developer, showcasing a blend of technical skill and creative acumen
- Strong foundation in HTML, CSS, and JavaScript
- Experience & knowledge of client-first preferred
- Experience integrating third-party platforms (greenhouse, salesforce, lever, hubspot, etc) a huge plus
- Experience extending the abilities of Webflow with custom code (ie GSAP, splidejs, finsweet attributes, etc) a huge plus
- Demonstrated proficiency in Webflow for both design and development
- A solid grasp of responsive and mobile-first design principles
- Excellent collaborative and communication skills to work effectively within a cross-functional team
- Keen attention to detail coupled with robust problem-solving capabilities
- Ability to juggle multiple projects, prioritizing effectively in a fast-paced environment
- A compelling portfolio that not only displays finished works but also illustrates your development process and creative thinking
