Role and Responsibilities
Webflow Website Management
- Design, build, and maintain our website using Webflow.
- Ensure the website is user-friendly, responsive, and visually appealing.
- Implement SEO best practices to improve website visibility and search rankings.
- Monitor website performance and make necessary updates to improve user experience and functionality.
- Manage website content, including updating text, images, and multimedia.
- Troubleshoot and resolve any website issues or bugs.
- Conduct regular website audits to ensure content accuracy and technical performance.
Graphic Design
- Create visually appealing graphics, illustrations, and other visual content for the website, social media, and marketing materials.
- Ensure brand consistency across all visual materials.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to produce engaging visuals for campaigns and promotions.
Key Skills Required
- Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, Web Design, or a related field.
- 3-5 years of proven experience as a Graphic Designer and Webflow Website Manager.
- Strong portfolio showcasing graphic design skills and website projects.
- Proficiency in design software such as Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign).
- Expertise in Webflow, including CMS management, animations, and interactions.
- Knowledge of HTML, CSS, and basic JavaScript is a plus.
- Excellent understanding of SEO principles and website analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics).
- Strong project management skills with the ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously.
- Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
- Ability to lead a project and work both individually and in a team.
