We’re looking for a skilled Webflow Designer & Developer to join our Cape Town team for a 3-month period. You’ll work in-office, collaborating with our team to refresh our website design and help localise content into multiple languages. This role will play a key part in ensuring our web presence reflects our global brand identity while staying relevant in different regions.
Key Responsibilities
- Update and enhance existing website design using Webflow
- Localise the website to support multiple languages (experience with multilingual websites preferred)
- Ensure the website maintains a seamless and engaging user experience
- Collaborate with the marketing and design teams to ensure alignment with brand guidelines
- Optimize the site for responsiveness across different devices and platforms
- Troubleshoot and resolve any design or technical issues on the website
- Suggest improvements and new features to enhance functionality
- Possibility to provide ongoing support and updates as needed after the initial contract period
Requirements
- Proven experience as a Webflow Designer & Developer
- Strong understanding of Webflow, including CMS functionality, animations, and custom code integration
- Experience with website localisation and multilingual functionality is a must
- Solid design skills, with an eye for detail and consistency
- Ability to work independently and manage your time effectively within a part-time schedule
- You must have your own laptop
- Excellent communication and teamwork skills
- Some SEO understanding is a bonus
- Available to work in-office in Cape Town for 20 hours per week
