We're seeking a talented and energetic Webflow Developer to craft, develop, and maintain responsive websites using Webflow.
As a Webflow Developer, you'll bring your solid background in web development, with specialized expertise in Webflow, HTML, CSS, and JavaScript. You'll collaborate closely with our clients and team to transform creative concepts into reality, ensuring our web projects consistently achieve the highest performance and user experience standards.
Your responsibilities will include
- Webflow Development: Build and customize responsive websites using Webflow. Ensure that websites are functional, user-friendly, and visually appealing.
- Design Implementation: Translate design mockups and prototypes into functional Webflow websites. Maintain design integrity and consistency throughout the project.
- Collaboration: Work closely with international clients and developers to understand project requirements and deliver high-quality solutions.
- Performance Optimization: General understanding of website optimization for speed and performance.
- Troubleshooting: Identify and resolve web functionality, design, and performance issues.
- Maintenance: Provide ongoing support and maintenance for existing websites. Make updates and improvements as needed.
- Documentation: Maintain clear documentation of development processes, code, and project changes.
To excel in this role, you'll need
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in software engineering, Information Technology, Computing, or a related field is a must
- Experience: 1-2 Proven experience as a Webflow Developer is a must. A portfolio demonstrating Webflow projects is required.
- Technical Skills: Proficiency in Webflow, HTML, CSS, and JavaScript. Experience with responsive design and front-end frameworks.
- Design Skills: Ability to interpret and implement design files (e.g., Figma, Sketch, Adobe XD) into Webflow.
- Problem-solving: Strong analytical skills with a keen eye for detail. Ability to understand the required outcome accurately and resolve technical issues efficiently.
- Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
- Project Management: Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines.
- Other: Experience with Webflow CMS and eCommerce functionalities.
Knowledge of additional front-end frameworks and libraries (e.g., React, Vue.js) preferred [not mandatory]
We cater to the UK market, with working hours from 1 PM local time to 10 PM UK time.
We provide drop-off transportation within a 20KM radius of our office in Pepiliyana.
