About the Role
We are looking for a Webflow designer to develop engaging and on-brand websites. The ideal candidate will have a strong portfolio demonstrating their creativity and ability to translate ideas into visually appealing designs. This is an excellent opportunity to gain experience in a fast-paced environment while contributing to exciting projects.
Requirements
- 1+ year of experience in Webflow
- Previous experience in design agencies, marketing-led businesses, or B2C products
- Deep understanding of UX/UI design principles
- Proficiency in HTML and CSS
- Ability to create custom modals and simple scripts (e.g., dynamic headline replacement on the page)
- Experience setting up basic webhooks to send data to the backend (with IT team support)
- Experience with graphic editors (Figma, Photoshop)
- Experience using analytical tools (Google Analytics, Meta CAPI)
- Skills in working with content management systems (CMS)
- Experience integrating with various services through APIs
- Ability to work under deadlines and familiarity with the HADI cycles framework
- Flexibility and openness to honest feedback
- English proficiency at B2 level
Responsibilities
- Setup and be fully responsible for a transparent website development process
- Develop and maintain web pages on the Webflow platform in accordance with the marketing team's requirements
- Create responsive and user-friendly interfaces with a focus on UX/UI
- Integrate web pages with various services and tools (e.g., CRM, analytics, email marketing)
- Participate in the hypothesis testing process in terms of creating new user paths and online campaigns in collaboration with the marketing department
- Follows the business' requests and not just "design rules"
Nice to have skills
- Experience in micromobility environment
- Experience / oversight on the US and Canadian markets
- Set up integrations with third-party services together with the development department
