What You Will Do
As a part-time, contracted Webflow Designer, you balance a passion for big-picture systemic thinking with a keen eye for details. In this role, you’ll primarily use Webflow as your primary tools in designing websites and creating systems driven by functional excellence and high-caliber aesthetics. As part of our creative marketing team, you’ll work with Practice Leaders, Project Managers, and marketing consultants to bring thoughtfully crafted digital compositions and webpages to life. In addition, you’ll use Webflow to develop visual systems, components, webpages, and interactions for various clients–all for the end goal of recruiting in the public sector.

- Need to have B2B and B2C experience
- Needs to have knowledge about UI/UX
- They have to follow the branding guidelines
- A sharp, strategic, consultative mind that seeks collaborative solutions
- A portfolio for our team to review
- Deep experience with Webflow
- Deep experience with JavaScript, HTML, and/or CSS
- Ability to work and collaborate with minimal direction
- Understanding of design systems
- Experience in Adobe Photoshop / Adobe Illustrator/ Figma
- Fresh ideas and perspectives
- Excitement in what you do and a desire for growth
- A sense of ownership over projects and excitement to dive in
- A user-first perspective
We will highly consider you above others if you had
- Webflow Expert Certification
- Experience with Javascript or jQuery
- UI/UX Experience related to wire framing and mapping website
- Ability to present work to clients
- Ability to lead meetings with various clients and stakeholders
- Video, or motion graphic experience
