Responsibilities:
1. Develop custom websites using Webflow, ensuring high-quality design and functionality.
2. Collaborate with designers to translate design mockups into interactive and responsive Webflow sites.
3. Implement animations, interactions, and other dynamic elements using Webflow's features.
4. Optimize websites for speed, performance, and SEO best practices.
5. Test and troubleshoot websites across various browsers and devices to ensure compatibility and consistency.
6. As a boutique firm, there are also other opportunities to expand into various other secondary job roles as per the candidate's interest.
Requirements:
1. Proven experience as a Webflow Developer or similar role, with a strong portfolio showcasing your Webflow projects.
2. Certifications from Webflow University.
3. In-depth knowledge of Webflow and its capabilities, including interactions, animations, and CMS integration.
4. Proficiency in HTML, CSS, and JavaScript.
5. Experience with responsive design principles and cross-browser compatibility.
6. Strong attention to detail and a passion for creating visually appealing and user-friendly websites.
Preferred Qualifications:
1. Webflow Expert Certificate (increased compensation to be provided).
2. Familiarity with graphic design tools such as Figma, Sketch, Balsamiq or similar tools.
3. Familiarity with productivity tools like Notion & Whimsical.
Job Location: Remote and/or Bangalore, India.
Compensation: competitive annual salary + revenue share bonuses twice a year.
