Position Overview
We seek a talented and experienced Webflow Developer to join our in-house marketing team to develop engaging communication platforms for our projects. As a Webflow Developer, you will build, maintain, and enhance responsive websites, integrating CMS and SEO best practices. This role requires in-office work in Stratford three days a week.
Key Responsibilities
- Design and develop responsive websites using Webflow, ensuring they meet the highest standards of user experience, performance, and accessibility.
- Collaborate with the marketing and communication team to translate designs into interactive and dynamic web experiences.
- Maintain and update existing Webflow sites, ensuring fresh content is relevant and optimized.
- Implement SEO strategies and ensure websites are structured to improve search engine rankings.
- Work with third-party services and tools as needed (e.g., forms, analytics, CRM systems).
- Troubleshoot and resolve any technical issues that arise during website development or maintenance.
Qualifications
- Proven experience as a Webflow Developer with a strong portfolio.
- Proficiency in Webflow, including CMS and e-commerce functionalities.
- Strong understanding of responsive design principles, UX/UI best practices, and web performance optimization.
- Intermediate knowledge of HTML, CSS, and JavaScript (or willingness to learn to enhance Webflow capabilities).
- Experience with SEO best practices and web analytics tools.
- Experience with Figma, Adobe XD, or other design tools for seamless collaboration.
- Detail-oriented, focused on delivering clean, scalable, and maintainable code.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a cross-functional team.
- Strong communication skills and the ability to collaborate with non-technical stakeholders.
Bonus Skills
- Knowledge of front-end frameworks and CMS platforms beyond Webflow.
- Experience with integrations such as CRM systems, marketing automation tools, or custom APIs.
- Understanding of accessibility standards and how to implement them.
