We’re currently on the lookout for an energetic and creative Webflow Developer & UI/UX Designer to join our growing team in Brighton, Melbourne. If you’re passionate about design, digital innovation, and pushing creative boundaries, we’d love to hear from you.
What you’ll be doing
- Designing intuitive, beautiful user interfaces in Figma
- Developing responsive, high-quality websites in Webflow
- Building interactions and animations (experience with GSAP highly regarded)
- Integrating third-party apps using Zapier or custom code where needed
- Collaborating with the team via Slack, managing tasks through ClickUp
- Staying ahead of the curve by learning and applying new design trends, development techniques, and best practices
What we’re looking for
- 1+ year of Webflow-specific development experience (freelance or agency background preferred)
- Strong UI/UX design skills with an understanding of user-centered design principles
- Solid understanding of HTML and CSS fundamentals
- Experience with Lumos framework (highly regarded but not essential)
- An eye for detail, strong problem-solving skills, and the ability to work independently
- Strong ability to interpret client briefs and translate them into thoughtful, intuitive digital experiences, always considering the needs and behaviours of the intended audience
- Experience with custom code (JavaScript) and GSAP animations highly regarded
- Initiative, passion, and eagerness to continually learn new skills, tools, and technologies
- Graphic design experience highly regarded (Adobe Creative Cloud)
