Position: Webflow Expert Developer
Location: Remote (We're based in Dubai, but your location doesn't matter)

Responsibilities
- Convert medium-advanced to ultra-advanced UI/UX designs to fully functional Webflow projects
- Rigorous testing for speed and performance of various components
- Collaborate with the design and marketing team to bring creative ideas to life
- Make data-driven decisions for website optimization
- Stay current with industry trends and up-to-date with the latest in Webflow development
- Manage client communication and lead development phases
Requirements
- Proven experience with Webflow; we're talking 3+ years of hands-on work
- Strong knowledge of HTML, CSS, and JavaScript
- Expertise in responsive design
- Detail-oriented with an obsessive focus on quality and performance
- A portfolio that can speak for itself
- Exceptional and clear communication skills in English (requirement)
