The Role
Primary Responsibilities
- Design wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity mockups in Figma, with a strong focus on user experience and brand alignment.
- Develop responsive, functional websites using Webflow, adhering to best practices for performance and accessibility.
- Collaborate directly with clients via email and video calls to gather feedback, clarify project requirements, and present progress updates.
- Create visually compelling social media content tailored to various platforms.
- Integrate third-party tools (e.g., CRMs, marketing automation, and analytics platforms) to enhance website functionality and client workflows.
Technical Requirements
- Proficiency in Figma, with a portfolio showcasing past work.
- Advanced knowledge of Webflow, including CMS integration, animations, and customizations.
- Experience with SEO optimization and implementing Google tools (e.g., Analytics, Tag Manager).
- Familiarity with web technologies, including HTML and CSS. Knowledge of JavaScript is an asset.
- Hands-on experience with automation tools such as Zapier or Make.
Preferred Experience
- Strong understanding of UI/UX principles, with the ability to design intuitive, results-driven interfaces.
- Experience working with other website builders like Shopify or Wix.
- Knowledge of accessibility standards (e.g., WCAG compliance).
- Ability to conduct QA testing to ensure design consistency and functionality across devices and browsers.
- Skills in logo design and brand asset creation are a plus.
