Job Summary
We are seeking a highly creative and skilled Webmaster with a passion for collaborating closely with marketing and various business areas to capture their vision and then proceed to design and build webpages and landing pages on the corporate AssetWatch.com website to meet their objectives. The ideal candidate will manage the end-to-end web tech stack, monitor web traffic, and ensure the website is prepared to meet traffic demands and performance expectations. The Webmaster will manage all SEO and site analytics and be accountable for increasing site conversions and engagement. The Webmaster will learn the industry and target personas, building and fine-tuning the website to resonate with the audience and clearly articulating how we solve their challenges and what we do.
Candidates should have at least 5 years of experience in the job duties listed below
- Website Maintenance: Regularly updating, testing, backing up, maintaining, and upgrading the website to ensure it functions correctly, remains secure, and delivers a positive user experience.
- Content Management: Adding, editing, and removing website content, including text, images, videos, and other multimedia elements.
- Web Design: Implementing and managing the website's design, layout, and user interface to ensure it is visually appealing and user-friendly.
- Search Engine Optimization (SEO): Collaborating with SEO partners, optimizing web pages and content to improve search engine rankings and increase organic traffic to the website.
- Web Analytics: Monitoring website traffic, user behavior, and other relevant metrics using tools like Google Analytics to gain insights and make data-driven decisions.
- Website Performance: Regularly monitor and optimize website performance, including page load times and server responsiveness.
- User Support: Addressing user inquiries, feedback, and technical issues related to the website.
- Collaboration: Work closely with various department stakeholders and marketing agencies and partners to understand webpage request objectives, prioritize needs, develop content criteria, and measure CTA results.
- Website Testing: Conduct regular testing, including cross-browser and cross-device compatibility testing, to ensure the website works well on different platforms. Conduct A/B testing to optimize user experience and conversions.
- Web Personalization & Deanonymization: Develop industry specific content, equipment specific content and customer-specific content for various landing pages and vet and select web traffic deanonymizing tools to optimize buyer intent scores and retargeting investments.
- Own Conversion Success: Implement tools and tactics to increase website conversions and engagement.
Qualifications
- 5+ years in front-end development experience using HTML, CSS and JavaScript web languages, as well as CMS management (Webflow CMS experience highly preferred)
- Strong experience as a usability strategist (UX designer)
- Knowledge of Figma and Adobe Creative Suite a plus
- Experience in B2B, manufacturing or SaaS/IoT industries a plus
