About the Role
We are looking for a creative and detail-oriented Digital Designer Working Student to join our team at w3.group. In this role, you will work closely with our design and marketing team to create visually compelling design assets for all companies within the w3.group. This is a great opportunity for a talented student to gain hands-on experience in a dynamic Web3 environment.
Your Responsibilities
- Design, build, and maintain websites for all w3.group companies using Webflow, ensuring a seamless user experience.
- Create the UI/UX Design for the w3.labs products from scratch in Figma
- Collaborate with the founders to develop a cohesive and comprehensive design library, facilitating consistent brand representation across all materials.
- Create visually appealing sales materials and presentations to support our teams in showcasing our financial/digitals products and offerings.
- Develop engaging social media graphics and content to enhance our online presence and drive audience engagement.
- Work closely with the marketing team to create and execute design strategies that effectively communicate our brand values and vision.
- Assist in the creation and maintenance of brand assets, ensuring all materials are up-to-date and accessible to team members.
- Design print materials such as brochures, flyers, and posters that align with our brand identity and messaging.

⚒️ Requirements
- Demonstrated experience or coursework in Webflow and Figma. Print Design is a plus.
- Strong design skills with a keen eye for detail and a passion for creating visually appealing and effective designs.
- Excellent organizational skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines simultaneously.
- Strong communication skills, with fluency in English; proficiency in German is a plus.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment, as well as independently on individual projects.
- A strong interest in Web3 and digital innovation, with a desire to contribute to the growth and success of our companies.
- Availability to work approximately 20 hours per week, with flexibility to accommodate your academic commitments.
- Willingness to work on-site in Berlin, with the possibility of remote work when necessary.
