About The Role
Reel Unlimited is looking for a talented and motivated Website Designer who is proficient in Figma, Webflow, and Wix to join our web development team. Additionally, candidates with additional knowledge in WordPress and Squarespace are highly welcome. Earn a flat hourly pay to craft remarkable websites for our clients in this remote position.
Your Responsibilities Will Include The Following
- Design and built websites for clients using mandatory tools such as Figma, Webflow, and Wix. Experience with WordPress and Squarespace is also highly welcome.
- Work closely with project managers, clients, and team members to deliver high-quality designs within tight deadlines, typically within 24-48 hours per project.
- Produce drafts, make necessary revisions, and ensure websites are live or in staging, all in line with client feedback.
- Manage multiple website projects at the same time, adhering to deadlines.
- Ensure all websites are built to the highest standards of quality, functionality, and user experience.
- Collaborate with clients and Design Lead to make sure that designs accurately represent the brand's vision and requirements.
- Stay updated on current web design trends, new technologies, and techniques.

Compensations
- Compensation includes a flat rate of $25-$50 per task/hour, with monthly payouts for completed tasks, and additional bonuses and incentives.
The Minimum Requirements For This Position Include The Following
- 2 years of experience in website design.
- Mandatory proficiency in Figma, Webflow, and Wix. Knowledge in WordPress and Squarespace is a plus.
- Must have 2-3 published websites live or in staging using these tools.
- Good English communication, attention to detail, and client-oriented attitude.
- Capability to deliver at least 2 orders per day, handling multiple projects concurrently.
- Remote, freelance role with the flexibility to choose your work location and hours.
- Strong communication, creative thinking, and design skills.
- Team player with a sense of humor.
