Job Summary:
We’re looking for a highly skilled Website/Webflow Developer to join our Marketing team as a full-time (40 hours/week) contractor for a one-year engagement. Expert-level proficiency in Webflow is required. In this role, you'll be responsible for building, managing, and optimizing our Webflow-based websites to support marketing campaigns, drive performance, and deliver exceptional user experiences.
This is a fully remote position that requires independent execution, excellent collaboration, and deep knowledge of Webflow’s design, development, and integration capabilities.
Key Responsibilities:
- Build, maintain, and scale responsive websites exclusively in Webflow, using best practices in HTML, CSS, and JavaScript.
- Translate Figma designs into fully functioning, accessible, and pixel-perfect Webflow pages.
- Ensure all sites meet ADA compliance, SEO standards, and performance expectations.
- Integrate HubSpot forms into Webflow using custom CSS to ensure brand consistency and a seamless UX.
- Collaborate with marketing, content, and design teams to bring campaigns and initiatives to life.
- Implement and manage site analytics, tracking, and A/B testing tools.
- Regularly audit and enhance site performance, structure, and accessibility.
- Use tools like Hotjar and Google Analytics to analyze user behavior and identify opportunities for improvement.
- Deliver performance reports and insights to stakeholders with clear, actionable recommendations.
- Manage third-party integrations and maintain a scalable, stable web ecosystem.
- Stay current with Webflow updates, industry best practices, and relevant digital tools.

Qualifications:
- Proven, professional-level experience working in Webflow—this is not optional.
- 3+ years of experience in front-end or web development.
- Intermediate JavaScript skills to support interactions, animations, and functional enhancements.
- Deep understanding of accessibility (ADA), responsive design, and SEO best practices.
- Experience analyzing user behavior and web performance, and applying data insights.
- Proficiency in integrating HubSpot forms into Webflow with custom CSS styling.
- Strong communication skills and ability to work independently in a remote setting.
- Organized, detail-oriented, and comfortable managing multiple ongoing projects.
- Understands the correlation of strong web development in relation to marketing concepts, tactics and strategies
While not required, the following experience is a plus:
- Prior experience with B2B SaaS or EdTech
- Prior experience working with high-functioning marketing teams
