Our marketing agency is seeking an experienced Webflow Designer to join our team. Within this role, you will create visually appealing and user-friendly websites for our clients within multiple industries.
We need someone passionate about designing and developing websites and a strong understanding of UI/UX principles. Must be able to work in office at PHENYX Lafayette, CO location. No remote or off-site role can be considered.
Responsibilities
- Work closely with our marketing team and clients to understand their needs and requirements.
- Create beautiful and engaging designs that meet the client's brand guidelines and target audience.
- Develop and implement website design using Webflow.
- Ensure all designs are responsive and compatible with all devices.
- Collaborate with other team members to optimize website performance and user experience.
- Continuously monitor website performance and recommend improvements.
Requirements
- Proven work experience as a Webflow website designer.
- A strong portfolio showcasing your design and development skills.
- Knowledge of web design principles, including UI/UX, HTML/CSS, and JavaScript.
- Understanding of SEO best practices.
- Excellent communication and time-management skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
